PurpleCraft / how it works

Clarity from the first conversation

A real result starts with a shared definition of “done”. Here’s how we keep the work, costs, and your decisions clear.

The complete-build-first route

Your decision
comes after the build.

For Your Website Built First and Your Business Autopilot Built First only. Fit, capacity, and safe testing are confirmed before we take on a build.

01 / Agree the finished result

Write down the pages or workflow, all connections, required inputs, exclusions, build fee, review arrangements, and handover. You know the cost of an accepted build before it starts.

02 / Build the complete system

Every agreed page, feature, and connection is built in a safe review environment. If a dependency prevents completion, the system is not presented as complete.

03 / Review and refine

Inspect the full functional result and test record. Review time and refinements are agreed in writing. Fixes for agreed features that fail checks are handled separately.

04 / Accept or decline

If you like it, explicitly accept and pay the agreed fee before launch and handover. If you decline, no build fee is due. Silence and test completion never create a purchase.

No hidden pre-decision purchase.

Agreed build and testing costs are covered before your choice. Existing subscriptions may continue as usual, but there is no mandatory incremental charge to review. If safe, complete testing needs a new customer purchase, that scope is not admitted under build-first.

The other six offers

Focused work.
Agreed terms.

Search visibility, AI reception, content, paperwork, and knowledge work use a defined project scope and payment schedule. Monthly improvements reserve an agreed amount of delivery capacity. Neither automatically inherits the build-first payment model.
