A little clarity for your next step

Four short, practical guides to help you make a more informed decision.

01 / A BETTER WEBSITE

What a complete build-first website should include

A finished website is more than a home-page mock-up. Review the full experience a customer needs, on the screens they actually use.

  • Open all five agreed pages and check that the business facts are correct.
  • Follow every navigation and call-to-action link. Submit the form with safe test data and check its agreed destination.
  • Try phone and desktop layouts, keyboard navigation, and clear error states.
  • Separate technical completion from your own choice to buy. Passing checks does not force acceptance.

02 / BETTER FOLLOW-THROUGH

Where inquiries get lost before an appointment

The gap is often between steps: a form arrives, someone copies it, another person replies, and the booking context gets lost.

  • Draw the actual journey from source to reply to booking. Include who owns each transition.
  • Identify required information and what should happen when it is missing.
  • Test unavailable slots, duplicates, cancellation, opt-out, and failed connections.
  • Make it obvious how a person pauses the workflow and recovers an exception.

03 / A USEFUL FIRST RESPONSE

What an AI receptionist should hand to a person

The assistant’s job is to be useful within its limits. A good first response also knows when to stop.

  • Keep approved answers separate from guesses or unsupported promises.
  • Name escalation routes for uncertainty, complaints, and requests for a human.
  • Avoid sensitive decisions and emergency advice.
  • Check whether a booking link is enough before expanding into a full appointment workflow.

04 / SAFER ADMIN

How to review an AI-extracted record

Extraction produces a proposed record. It should not silently turn uncertain source material into trusted data.

  • Show the source beside the proposed values.
  • Flag missing fields, ambiguous numbers, conflicting dates, and duplicates.
  • Let the reviewer correct, reject, or approve before writing to the destination.
  • Keep a processing log and a route for failed documents.
