Offer 08 / Monthly improvement capacity

Keep making useful improvements after the first project

Reserved monthly delivery capacity for a prioritised backlog, with clear scope and checks before release.

Discuss monthly improvements

There is always another repetitive task or awkward handoff to fix. The difficulty is choosing what to improve next and finding time to finish it.

Our monthly service provides agreed delivery capacity for those improvements. We set priorities and keep you informed about what is ready, blocked or waiting for your decision.

A tangible result

Here’s what the work includes.

  • Plan priorities against agreed monthly delivery capacity
  • Maintain a shared, prioritised backlog
  • Define the next item and completion checks
  • Deliver configuration, testing, documentation and handover within capacity
  • Show estimates and capacity usage
  • Raise blockers and decisions early
  • Review completed work and agree the next priorities
Define “done” together

Work you can inspect.

"Team" describes the managed service. You are buying agreed delivery capacity and access to the skills assigned to your work, rather than a guaranteed set of full-time staff.

Your plan states the included hours, available skills, communication route, working hours and response expectations. Planning, investigation, implementation, testing and documentation all use capacity. We show estimates before starting and report consumption as work progresses.

Unused-capacity treatment, any minimum term and renewal and cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing. Additional hours or external specialists need your approval.

What completion means

Each item has an agreed outcome and checks before work starts. A workflow change might require a successful test journey and a working failure alert. A content update might require approved answers and a passing question set.

You receive results, test evidence, limitations and handover notes. Live changes need your approval. Work spanning billing periods is identified upfront, with agreed checkpoints.

Scope, price, and what happens next

No guesswork
at the handover.

Monthly capacity, fee, payment timing, available skills, renewal and cancellation terms are agreed before the service begins. Additional capacity requires approval.

REVIEW & APPROVAL

Agree the work before it starts.

Your written scope defines deliverables, inputs, approval steps, timing, revisions, and completion checks. Any new requirement is separately agreed. Business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or fixed time savings are not guaranteed.

COSTS & CONTINUITY

Know what it takes to run.

Tools, usage, source updates, hosting, and monitoring are included only where stated. The proposal identifies ongoing costs and the support window. Additional work needs agreement; monthly capacity is bounded.

The handover documents the agreed access, responsibilities, controls, and known limitations. Ownership and licensing are specified in the written agreement.

Before you decide

A few useful
answers.

Is this a full team working only for us?

No. It is managed delivery capacity, with the people and skills assigned according to the agreed plan and work.

Can we submit unlimited ideas?

You can keep a backlog of ideas. Delivery is limited by the purchased capacity, agreed priorities and available skills.

What if a task takes longer than expected?

We explain the cause and remaining work before exceeding the agreed capacity. You choose whether to narrow, defer or approve more work.

Can we change priorities during the month?

Yes, by agreement. We explain the effect on work already started, timing and remaining capacity before switching.

Are tool subscriptions included?

Only where the written plan says so. Other platform fees and usage charges are visible, separate costs.

Can we cancel?

The plan states the minimum term, notice period and treatment of active work before you sign up. We do not assume an unlimited commitment.
