Offer 01 / Complete build first

Your next website should be easy to say yes to

A clear place for customers to understand your business and take the next step.

Discuss my website

Tell us what you do and who you want to reach. We'll agree the details, then build your complete five-page website before you pay us.

You'll review a finished, functioning website in a private test environment. If you like it, accept the agreed price and we'll arrange payment, launch and handover. If you don't, you can decline without paying a build fee.

A tangible result

Here’s what the work includes.

  • Five complete, agreed business pages
  • Copy shaped from approved business facts and assets
  • Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop
  • A working enquiry form and clear confirmation
  • Page titles, descriptions, navigation and basic technical search setup
  • An agreed review and refinement process
  • Launch preparation, test evidence and operating handover
Define “done” together

Work you can inspect.

You can open all five completed pages, follow every navigation link and submit the working contact form using test details. We check agreed screen sizes, missing content, broken links, keyboard navigation and form delivery.

You receive private access to the finished build and test checklist. Passing those checks does not create a payment obligation. You still decide whether you like the finished website enough to buy it.

Passing tests is not your buying decision.

You still decide whether you like the finished result. Neither opening the build, completing a test, nor letting time pass authorizes a charge.

Scope, price, and what happens next

No guesswork
at the handover.

We agree the full scope and build fee before starting. Review the complete functional build, then choose whether to accept it. Pay the build fee only if you like and explicitly accept the result. If you decline, no build fee is due.

REVIEW & APPROVAL

See the whole thing. Then choose.

Your written scope sets the review window and included refinements. Corrections to agreed features that fail completion checks are handled separately. Testing, review access and silence do not count as acceptance.

COSTS & CONTINUITY

Know what it takes to run.

There is no build deposit or required new purchase to review the completed build. Agreed pre-decision build and testing costs are covered. Hosting, subscriptions, live usage and optional care are explained separately before work starts.

Evaluation access is for review. Agreed handover and production use follow explicit acceptance and payment. If you decline, your supplied materials remain yours and review access ends under the agreed process.

Before you decide

A few useful
answers.

Is this the full website or a sample?

The full agreed five-page website, with its functioning features. You review it privately before it goes live.

What if I don't like it?

You can decline the completed build and owe no build fee. Your written scope sets the review window. There is no automatic purchase because time passes or completion checks succeed.

Can I keep a website I decline?

No. Declining means the build is not handed over or published for your use. We agree how your supplied materials are returned or removed.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Your written scope states the included refinement process. Extra pages or new features are optional, separately agreed work.

Do I need to provide everything first?

You need to provide the agreed business facts and usable assets. We identify missing inputs before accepting and help shape the copy.

Will it rank on Google?

We include basic search setup. Search rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
